not only is he beautiful, but his song, "you're beautiful," has begun to captivate the nation, including me. (update: he is james blunt... thanks matt!)but being the spoiled brat i am, wendell bought me the c.d. the other day, 'back to bedlam.' it is, without a doubt, amazing.
perhaps it's because many of the songs speak to me. they're fitting for my mood, my situation right now.
but more than that is his voice. it's simply sexy. it's the voice you want to hear someone sing you to sleep by. it's the voice that'd make you cry if he sang karaoke in a bar.
he was on oprah the other day... god, i love her... and sang 'you're beautiful' as well as his song 'goodbye my lover.' oh... man. it almost makes you want to have someone to break up with just so you can listen to the song over and over and over... nah, not really. don't want to do that again but it is fantastic.
if you haven't heard his music, certainly buy the c.d. it's worth it, i promise. if you want to hear it before you buy, let me know. i'm sure it'll be playing in my c.d. player for a while.

Speaking of your mood(subject to change at any moment) ha ha . you true Leo, it is so good to see your spirit begin to soar again, especially in your writing. I know things have been tough lately but this Mathew outlook is the reason we became and still are the very best of friends. You are a spoiled brat but I love you anyway. It is good that those songs are speaking to you(gives those voices in your head a rest). he he the cd is awesome. get my bootleg copy to me. and speaking of amazing, that is me...for putting up with you.
